Andrew Shirley is CLA’s Chief Surveyor. With over 20 years’ experience with the CLA both at regional and national level, he leads the CLA’s Property and Business Team. Andrew is responsible for the delivery of CLA policy and advisory output on planning and compulsory purchase, business rates, historic environment, energy, rural business policy and economic support mechanisms.

This seminar will explore the implications of Brexit for rural businesses. Government thinking and the potential threats and opportunities will be discussed.
