Daniel Jones – Daniel Jones founded the Bidwells Rural Development and Diversification(RDD) team over 20 years ago. As Head of the RDD team, he specialises in identifying and implementing alternative uses to generate new income streams and capital value.
Lucie Stone – Lucie Stone specialises in agricultural planning, identifying rural diversification projects and achieving alternative sources of income for rural enterprises. For over 13 years Lucie has provided advice on planning issues, in particular, those which involve the countryside and rural areas, as well as the management of buildings within them. Lucie has a diverse portfolio of projects including rural tourism schemes, equestrian developments, change of use of buildings and residential developments.
Cath Anthony – Cath Anthony is a Partner at Bidwells, a qualified Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a RICS Registered Valuer. Cath specialises in Anaerobic Digestion and Rural Development and Diversification. She has extensive experience of identifying and implementing alternative uses to generate new income streams and capital value.
Louise Newton – Louise Newton is a qualified Chartered Surveyor specialising primarily in rural development and diversification, as well as working on strategic estate management and rural agency. Louise undertakes a variety of planning work ranging from small individual projects to long term strategic planning for farms, estates, equestrian and rural premises. She has a wealth of experience in agricultural permitted development, in particular, the change of use of buildings from agriculture to residential and commercial uses.
