Development without Options! How you can realise the full value of developing your own land

About Neil Boughey

Neil is an RTPI chartered Planner with over 30 years experience in planning casework. He has successfully tackled all sorts of complex projects including rural housing projects large (300 dwellings +) and small, a range of leisure and tourism projects, farm diversification, and historic building conversion.

Neil occasionally lectures in planning at the University of Lincoln.

The Government is seeking a renaissance in land owner driven developments. We will talk about the benefits of landowners retaining scheme ownership, and how landowners can add value to projects by developing their own sites, from maximising scheme value, through achieving Planning Permission, and ultimately managing the build themselves.
